Anesthesia and facility fees are not included, as these vary depending on the procedure performed, the type of anesthesia required, and each patient’s individual medical needs. Upper Blepharoplasty

Starting at $6,000+

Removes excess upper eyelid skin, sculpts fat and muscle, repositions lacrimal gland and refines the crease for a brighter, rested appearance. Performed in-office under local anesthesia.

Ptosis Repair

Starting at $6,200+

Lifts a drooping eyelid by tightening the muscle for improved symmetry and vision. In-office under local anesthesia.

Upper Blepharoplasty with Ptosis Repair

Starting at $7,000+

Combines skin removal and eyelid elevation for both aesthetic and functional rejuvenation. In-office under local anesthesia.

Lower Blepharoplasty

Starting at $10,000+

Lower blepharoplasty typically includes fat repositioning, facial fat grafting, and laser resurfacing, when appropriate.

Quad Blepharoplasty (Upper + Lower)

Starting at $12,000+

Comprehensive rejuvenation of both upper and lower eyelids for total eye-area refresh. Includes anesthesia and surgery center fees.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

Starting at $8,000+

Elevates and repositions the brows for a more youthful and balanced expression. Direct brow lift performed in-office; endoscopic approach in surgery center.

Laser Resurfacing

$2,100+ periocular / $3,500+ full face

Smooths fine lines, wrinkles, and texture using advanced fractional laser technology to rejuvenate the skin and stimulate collagen production. Includes an Alastin® post-procedure skincare kit (a $350 value).

Facial Fat Grafting

$3,200+ periocular / $4,200+ full face

Restores youthful volume and improves skin texture by transferring micro-fat and nanofat harvested from your own body to the face or eyelid area.

Laser Resurfacing + Fat Grafting (Combination)

$5,000+ (as an add-on to surgery)

For select candidates, combines fractional laser with structural fat grafting for synergistic rejuvenation of both skin and contour.Pricing applies when performed concurrently with eyelid or facial surgery.

Consultation Policy

A $250 non-refundable consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If surgery or treatment is booked the same day, the consultation fee is applied toward your procedure.

Financing & Payment

Our practice specializes in cosmetic procedures and does not accept insurance. For your convenience, we offer flexible payment and financing options through Cherry and other medical financing partners.
