Melissa Troha, PA-C

Melissa Troha, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 13 years of experience specializing in cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, injectable aesthetics, and facial rejuvenation. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and has completed advanced training with leading aesthetic companies, including Galderma, Revance, Allergan, and Sciton.

Working alongside Dr. Sarah Avila has further expanded Melissa’s expertise in facial anatomy and oculoplastic surgery, allowing her to combine advanced technology with a personalized approach to achieve safe, natural-looking results. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best while creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Born and raised in Miami, Melissa is fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud to care for the community she has always called home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
