Lorena Rivero

As Practice Director at Miami Oculoplastics, Lorena Rivero oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, including patient care, surgical coordination, business development, and the overall patient experience. With more than a decade of experience in banking and wealth management, including six years at Morgan Stanley serving ultra-high-net-worth clients, she brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and client service. Lorena earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

She is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient while helping the practice continue to grow. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
