Our pricing reflects the precision of Dr. Avila’s work, her advanced training in eyelid and facial surgery, and the concierge-level experience patients receive before, during, and after surgery.
Each quote is fully customized during consultation and includes comprehensive care from pre-operative planning to post-operative recovery.

Upper Blepharoplasty

Smooths fine lines, wrinkles, and texture using advanced fractional laser technology to rejuvenate the skin and stimulate collagen production.Includes an Alastin® post-procedure skincare kit (a $350 value).
Facial Fat Grafting
$3,200 periocular / $4,200 full face
Restores youthful volume and improves skin texture by transferring micro-fat and nanofat harvested from your own body to the face or eyelid area.

Laser Resurfacing + Fat Grafting (Combination)
$5,000 (as an add-on to surgery)
For select candidates, combines fractional laser with structural fat grafting for synergistic rejuvenation of both skin and contour.Pricing applies when performed concurrently with eyelid or facial surgery.
Consultation Policy
A $250 non-refundable consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If surgery or treatment is booked the same day, the consultation fee is applied toward your procedure.
Financing & Payment
We are a cosmetic-only practice and do not participate with insurance. Financing options are available through Cherry and other medical financing partners.
